Actress/Producer Stephanie Okereke-Linus and Pop star/The Voice Nigeria judge, Tuface Idibia(2Baba) have been named the brand ambassadors of Nigerian Young Professionals Forum (NYPF).
The new brand ambassadors are to participate in NYPF events that connect entrepreneurs at home and abroad, lend their voices to projects that stimulate a start-up culture in Nigeria as well as harness their own ideas and experiences to NYPF goal which is to develop the next generation of entrepreneurs through easy access to capital for innovative ideas and education.
Moses Siasia, the Chairman of NYPF said the two stars were selected as brand ambassadors of NYPF because they possess unique ideas as to how to develop entrepreneurs in the country.
"As you know Tuface is one of Africa's finest artists while Stephanie has featured and produced movies that have been shown all over the world and her passion for the girl child. These two young individuals have created jobs for Nigerians and we believe that as ambassadors, they can use their experience to inspire other bright Nigerians to achieve their educational goals or become self employed on a sustainable basis", Moses Siasia said.
NYPF in partnership with Heritage Bank had in 2016 launched 500 million naira seed funds which is called Young Entrepreneurs and Students Grants (YESGrant).
